The Palaces on Wheels operates between September to April every year. On its scheduled journeys, it departs every Wednesday from Safdarjung Railway Station in New Delhi. All guests must report for check-in at 4:00 PM before the train chugs along to the next destination. The Palace on Wheels luxury train departs every Wednesday from the Safdarjung Railway Station in New Delhi at 6:30 PM. Guests are to arrive at the railway station at 4:00 PM where they will be given a very warm welcome with garlands and welcome drinks, before the registration and ushering to their respective cabins.

Post breakfast, get down the train to begin with the Jaipur city tour. On reaching the destination, head to the splendid Amer Fort that reveals the true Rajasthan royalty. Post lunch, you’ll be taken to the splendid City Palace where you can experience the elephant ride. Moving ahead, you’ll be taken to the beautiful architecture Hawa Mahal which is also called Palace Of Winds. Once you are through with exploring the palaces and forts, you’ll be taken to the local markets of Jaipur which are famous for handicrafts and other local stuff. Aboard the train by 06:00 PM for the evening tea and refreshment, relax inside the Palace on Wheels. Savour a royal dining experience on-board. Rest peacefully in the train at night, while the train departs for Ranthambore, Sawai Madhopur, the next destination.
TThe luxury train tour arrives at Sawai Madhopur where you can say HELLO to the majestic Tigers in the Ranthambore National Park. Enjoy the Wildlife Safari where you can spot tigers and several other animal species including tigers, sambar, hyena, sloth bear, spotted deer and more. Lunch on board, while the train leaves for Chittorgarh. Reaching Chittorgarh, you will get to explore the prime tourist attraction i.e., The Chittorgarh Fort which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site which is also called the Water Fort. Later, enjoy the evening tea and light & sound show at the fort complex which is a lifetime experience in itself. Post dinner in the train, enjoy overnight stay in the train departs its journey at for next destination, Udaipur- The City of Lakes.
Post breakfast in the train, the off-train city excursion begins. You will be taken to the 17th century-built City Palace which has balconies, towers and cupolas. Also, a visit to the Crystal Gallery will take you to the place that houses personal collection of H.H. of Udaipur. For a scrumptious lunch, you will be heading to the Fateh Prakash Palace Hotel.Being the lake city, enjoy a venturous boat ride around the world famous ‘Lake Palace Hotel’ situated at Lake Pichola with sighting other major tourist attractions in Udaipur. Back to the Palace on Wheels for dinner and overnight stay, the train will begin its journey for the next destination, Jaisalmer.
Arriving Jaisalmer, get ready to sight magnificent, beautiful and well-known Havelis like the Patwon Ki Haveli, Salim Singh Ki Haveli and Nathmalji ki Haveli. Making the most out of your Jaisalmer trip, shop at the local markets for some exclusive handicraft stuff, which you can carry back home for your friends and family in the form of souvenirs. Post-lunch, leave for sighting tour across the world-popular Sam Sand Dune to enjoy a memorable sunset view by experiencing a camel ride. After having a luxurious dinner, sit beside the bonfire and enjoy the cultural performance under the star-lit sky in the sand dunes of Jaisalmer. Coming back to the train, stay overnight and then the train will head to Jodhpur.
Arriving Jodhpur, after having the breakfast get indulged in sightseeing of Jodhpur, where you can witness the prime tourist attractions of the city, such as the Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jaswant Thada and more.Your lunch would be scheduled in one of the palace hotels. Post-lunch you will be taken for local shopping in the city. Once you are done with having dinner, stay overnight on-board Palace On Wheels as the train departs to Bharatpur.
Palace on Wheels arrive Bharatpur, known as Keoladeo Ghana National Park. Housing an amazing variety of bird species, including both resident and migratory birds. You can enjoy bird watching and wildlife viewing in the park.
After having a delicious breakfast at the jungle lodge, return aboard the train that begins its journey for Agra. Reaching Agra, you’ll be taken on a city tour including the world-renowned Taj Mahal along with the other tourist attractions. Shopping in Agra would get your hands on some interesting items such as leather goods, jewellery, marble souvenirs etc. Later end your Luxury Holiday in Agra with special light and sound show with Special dinner at a city hotel. Post-dinner, return back to the train to get back to Delhi from where the luxury journey started. Stay overnight in the train.
Arrival in the Safdarjung Railway Station. post-breakfast on-board the train, get through the check-out formalities. And with this comes the end of the Luxury Train Holidays in India.

In such an event, Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. shall refund to you all unutilized money collected from you for that purchase.
For bookings and purchases, which has already been paid by you, when cancelled, refunds will be made (based on the refund policy, mentioned in terms and conditions, while making the booking or at the time of purchase). For air ticket, it may take between 15 - 21 working days, for the hotels it may take between 15 - 21 working days for the amount to get credited into your account and for the holiday Package it may take between 30 - 45 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. 1. 45 days or more prior to the departure date or from the booking date, Initial Booking Amount, or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
2. Between 30 days: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
3. Less than 21 days: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty
4. No show total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
5. The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation

Credit Card Chargeback Fees:
Any fees charged to Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd by our credit card payment provider arising from a chargeback or a disputed charge on the cardholder's credit card will be charged to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection
All the clients traveling on Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd tour must be in possession of a valid visa. The client shall ensure that the Visa Application Form (s) is duly filled and verified by the Client, to its satisfaction, before it is submitted to the Embassy. / Consulate. However, kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant/reject visas even after submitting all relevant documents and the company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy’s decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for VISA. The company will not be responsible for the non-issuance of visas due to receipt of incomplete/delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of the visa will further be delayed/rejected, and the client will not hold Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd liable for the same. The client should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy Upon rejection of visa, if the client wishes to reapply for the visa, he/she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he/she will not claim from Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd
Force Majeure
Acts of God (including exceptional adverse weather conditions), earthquake, fire, war (declared or undeclared), invasion, rebellion, revolt, riot, civil commotion, civil war, nuclear fission, epidemic strike, act(s) of omission/commission by any concerned government(s), or government agencies, judicial or quasijudicial authorities, the occurrence of any event can force the Company to change or extended. Hence any additional expenditure occurred due to the above reasons the same will be borne by the passengers.
