Alice Springs With Uluru

Alice Springs is a remote town in Australia’s Northern Territory, halfway between Darwin and Adelaide, both 1,500km away. It’s a popular gateway for exploring the Red Centre, the country's interior desert region. Its 1872 origin as part of the Overland Telegraph Line (linking Darwin and Adelaide) is preserved in the vintage buildings and equipment at the Alice Springs Telegraph Station Historical Reserve.

Uluru, or Ayers Rock, is a massive sandstone monolith in the heart of the Northern Territory’s arid "Red Centre". The nearest large town is Alice Springs, 450km away. Uluru is sacred to indigenous Australians and is thought to have started forming around 550 million years ago. It’s within Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, which also includes the 36 red-rock domes of the Kata Tjuta (colloquially “The Olgas”) formation

Day 1 ARRIVE ALICE SPRINGS

MUST Arrive Alice Springs Airport by 1145Hrs and SIC Transfer to the City hotel and check-in. This Afternoon join Half Day SIC A Town Like Alice Tour departing 1330hrs (AATK A3). Tour the sights of 'The Alice' including The School of the Air. We learn how children who cannot access schools are educated by radio, we may have the opportunity to listen to and observe actual lessons in progress on air. Stop at the historic Telegraph Station, which marks the original site of the first European settlement in Alice Springs. Visit the Royal Flying Doctors Service, where you will see how medical aid reaches those who live in the remote 'outback'. We also make a stop at the Alice Springs Reptile Centre, where you can see up close and maybe touch some of the lizards and snakes of Central Australia's semi-arid desert, such as the Perentie Lizard and the Thorny Devil. The tour concludes with a panoramic view of the township of Alice Springs and the MacDonnell Ranges from the top of Anzac Hill. Overnight at the hotel in Alice Springs.

Day 2 ALICE SPRINGS

This morning join the Full Day SIC West MacDonald Ranges Tour (AATK A8 - a bit of walking in rough terrain is required during this tour) First stop is Angkerle (Standley Chasm). Take a walk along the stony watercourse, where spring-fed pool. Attract a great array of wildlife and birds. Return from your walk and enjoy morning tea. Next up is Ellery Creek Big Hole, a spectacular watercourse, which cuts through a gorge in the ranges. Visit the Ochre Pits to see the natural ochres in the cliff face that have provided a source of materials for indigenous people for thousands of years. At Ormiston Gorge, the rugged scenery is complemented by a near-permanent waterhole, which attracts a range of water birds and fish. Enjoy a Ploughman’s Lunch at Glen Helen Gorge. Final stop is Simpson Gap, one of the best known destinations in the ranges. Walk through the gap to the waterhole, keeping an eye out for the elusive black-footed rock wallabies hiding among the rocks. Overnight at the hotel in Alice Springs.

Day 3 ALICE SPRINGS – AYERS ROCK

Check-out. This early morning join the Half Day SIC Transfer to Ayers Rock Resort enroute Touring (AATK A6). Travel south through the MacDonald and James Ranges. Your friendly Driver Guide will provide comprehensive commentary of your surrounds. Visit a camel farm where there is time to take a short camel ride (own expense). Later you will have the opportunity to purchase a light lunch at Mount Ebenezer. Marvel at majestic Atila (Mt. Conner) before arriving at Ayers Rock Resort. Arrive Ayers Rock Resort and Check-in Later Afternoon Half Day SIC Uluru Sunset Tour (AATK # Y11 - 3Day National Park Fee is included). Late Evening SIC Transfers to Field of Light Self Guided Tour (Keep National Park Ticket handy - Infant above 1year charged as Child). Overnight at the Reosrt in Ayers Rock.

Day 4 DEPRT AYERS ROCK

Check-out. Early morning join Half Day SIC Uluru Sunrise Tour (Breakfast is NOT included today as early morning departure of tour). Afternoon depart to Ayers Rock Airport by Courtesy SIC Transfers for your onward flight.

There may be a full cancellation penalty on the products or services booked and purchased, which are non-utilized or cancelled after the cancellation deadline mentioned in the terms and conditions, while making the purchase.

Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims of losses, damages or compensation. In such an event, Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. shall refund to you all unutilized money collected from you for that purchase.

For bookings and purchases, which has already been paid by you, when cancelled, refunds will be made (based on the refund policy, mentioned in terms and conditions, while making the booking or at the time of purchase). For air ticket, it may take between 15 - 21 working days, for the hotels it may take between 15 - 21 working days for the amount to get credited into your account and for the holiday Package it may take between 30 - 45 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. 1. 45 days or more prior to the departure date or from the booking date, Initial Booking Amount, or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
2. Between 30 days: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
3. Less than 21 days: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty
4. No show total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
5. The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation

Credit Card Chargeback Fees:
Any fees charged to Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd by our credit card payment provider arising from a chargeback or a disputed charge on the cardholder's credit card will be charged to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection
All the clients traveling on Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd tour must be in possession of a valid visa. The client shall ensure that the Visa Application Form (s) is duly filled and verified by the Client, to its satisfaction, before it is submitted to the Embassy. / Consulate. However, kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant/reject visas even after submitting all relevant documents and the company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy’s decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for VISA. The company will not be responsible for the non-issuance of visas due to receipt of incomplete/delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of the visa will further be delayed/rejected, and the client will not hold Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd liable for the same. The client should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy Upon rejection of visa, if the client wishes to reapply for the visa, he/she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he/she will not claim from Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd

Force Majeure
Acts of God (including exceptional adverse weather conditions), earthquake, fire, war (declared or undeclared), invasion, rebellion, revolt, riot, civil commotion, civil war, nuclear fission, epidemic strike, act(s) of omission/commission by any concerned government(s), or government agencies, judicial or quasijudicial authorities, the occurrence of any event can force the Company to change or extended. Hence any additional expenditure occurred due to the above reasons the same will be borne by the passengers.
