Croatia Tour Package

Croatia, officially the Republic of Croatia, is a country located at the crossroads of Central and Southeast Europe. Day 1 Zagreb

Welcome to Croatia! On arrival at Zagreb Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, is known for its historical museums and cultural events. It has many fine sights, plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars and lots of entertainment. Evening you have free time at leisure to explore Zagreb on your own.

Day 2 Zagreb

This morning, explore the main spots of the city on your guided walking tour of Zagreb with a scenic funicular ride. Feel the pulse of the city and embrace all the charm Zagreb has to offer. Get acquainted with the past and the present that will show you the hidden gems of the Croatian capital. Discover Lower and Upper Town and experience the true stories that shaped Zagreb into the city it is today.

Day 3 Zagreb

Spend the day at leisure on your own. We recommend you take an Optional Day Trip to Plitvice National Park OR Day Trip to Ljubljana and Lake Bled OR Excursion to Varazdin and Trakoscan Castle.

Plitvice National Park is renowned for its dramatic waterfalls, glittering lakes, and lush forested cliffs and is listed on the UNESCO list of World Heritage sites. The ticket offers you full access to the park’s hiking trails and boardwalks, a ride on the park’s panoramic train, shuttle buses between the Upper and Lower Lakes, and an electric boat cruise around Kozjak Lake.

Day 4 Dubrovnik

Check out and get transferred to the Zagreb Airport. Fly Zagreb to Dubrovnik (Flight cost not included). Arrive in Dubrovnik and get transferred to your hotel. The city of Dubrovnik has been rightly nick named as the ‘The Pearl of the Adriatic’ and has captivated Kings and artists with its immaculate medieval architecture. Later this evening we recommend you take an optional Sunset Dinner Cruise (Dalmatian Cuisine). Sail into the 16th century replica ship and enjoy a unique experience of traditional delicacies and beautiful views of Dalmatian Islands.

Day 5 Dubrovnik

Today, explore Dubrovnik on a guided walking tour. Walk around the Old Town discovering Dubrovnik’s past and present. Get mesmerised by architectural treasures, artistic intensity and its cultural opulence. Add in an optional Dubrovnik Cable Car ride and enjoy breathtaking views of the Old City and the Adriatic Sea from the top of the Srd Hill. If you are a Game of Thrones fan, we recommend you take an optional Game of Thrones Tour. On this guided walking tour, you will be taken through all the parts of the Old City where some of the most memorable scenes of this epic show were filmed.

Day 6 Dubrovnik

Spend a day exploring Bosnia and Herzegovina, visit the UNESCO-listed city of Mostar, a city with a rich history. See the Ottoman–era mosques and bathhouses; explore the cobbled stone streets and one of the wonders of the modern world, the spectacular Mostar Bridge.

Day 7 Dubrovnik

Your trip concludes with a departure transfer to Dubrovnik Airport. Thank you for visiting Croatia! We hope you have enjoyed your vacation and wish you a safe journey back home.

There may be a full cancellation penalty on the products or services booked and purchased, which are non-utilized or cancelled after the cancellation deadline mentioned in the terms and conditions, while making the purchase.

Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims of losses, damages or compensation. In such an event, Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. shall refund to you all unutilized money collected from you for that purchase.

For bookings and purchases, which has already been paid by you, when cancelled, refunds will be made (based on the refund policy, mentioned in terms and conditions, while making the booking or at the time of purchase). For air ticket, it may take between 15 - 21 working days, for the hotels it may take between 15 - 21 working days for the amount to get credited into your account and for the holiday Package it may take between 30 - 45 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. 1. 45 days or more prior to the departure date or from the booking date, Initial Booking Amount, or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
2. Between 30 days: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
3. Less than 21 days: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty
4. No show total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
5. The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation

Credit Card Chargeback Fees:
Any fees charged to Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd by our credit card payment provider arising from a chargeback or a disputed charge on the cardholder's credit card will be charged to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection
All the clients traveling on Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd tour must be in possession of a valid visa. The client shall ensure that the Visa Application Form (s) is duly filled and verified by the Client, to its satisfaction, before it is submitted to the Embassy. / Consulate. However, kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant/reject visas even after submitting all relevant documents and the company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy’s decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for VISA. The company will not be responsible for the non-issuance of visas due to receipt of incomplete/delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of the visa will further be delayed/rejected, and the client will not hold Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd liable for the same. The client should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy Upon rejection of visa, if the client wishes to reapply for the visa, he/she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he/she will not claim from Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd

Force Majeure
Acts of God (including exceptional adverse weather conditions), earthquake, fire, war (declared or undeclared), invasion, rebellion, revolt, riot, civil commotion, civil war, nuclear fission, epidemic strike, act(s) of omission/commission by any concerned government(s), or government agencies, judicial or quasijudicial authorities, the occurrence of any event can force the Company to change or extended. Hence any additional expenditure occurred due to the above reasons the same will be borne by the passengers.
