Day 1 Arrival in Larnaca; Airport Pick-up

Welcome to take our Cyprus private tour with daily departure, which can be tailored to meet your individual interests. You will enjoy a more personalized experience as the trip is only for your private party, with no other people. When you land in Larnaca International Airport, your local guide will wait for you ahead of your arrival. After welcoming you warmly, he or she will send you to the hotel for overnight stay. If you arrive early, it’s a good choice to get familiar with the city on your own during the rest time of the day.

Day 2 Paphos Day Trip

In the morning, we will drive for 40 minutes or so to Aphrodite’s Rock, also called Petra Tou Romiou. Then travel westward along the coast to Paphos, where we will visit Paphos Archaeological Park featuring ancient ruins, and the Tombs of the Kings, an underground tomb group. After that, your guide will transfer you to the hotel in Paphos and help you settle down.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch. Accommodation: Kapetanios Limassol Hotel or similar.

Day 3 Drive to Visit Limassol

After breakfast, we will leave Larnaca for Limassol on the southern coast of Cyprus. Arriving there, we will first visit the famous archaeological site - Ancient Kourion. Then your guide will take you wander through Limassol Old Town and the newly developed Limassol Marina. Next, you will be guided to visit Limassol Castle, a Byzantine castle used as a Medieval Museum now. In the afternoon, we will drive to Kyrenia and send you to the well-selected local hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4 Visit Kyrenia

In the morning, drive to the Kyrenia Mountain Range. Here we will visit the Saint Hilarion Castle. Located on the hilltop, it offers a bird’s eye view of Kyrenia and the coastline to the north. Then move on to the Bellapais Monastery in the Five Fingers Mountains. This Gothic monastery built over 800 years ago, consists of a main hall, corridor, garden and underground restaurants, etc. In the afternoon, we will visit Kyrenia Castle and its noted shipwreck museum. Then you will have some free time to explore the Kyrenia Harbour. After the visit, your guide will transfer you back to the hotel in Kyrenia.

Day 5 Famagusta Trip & Drive to Nicosia

After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from the hotel and take you to visit the St. Barnabas Monastery, where you can also enjoy a great view of the ancient city of Salamis. Then, you will be guided to visit Salamis at a close distance. Here you will see the largest Roman amphitheater in Cyprus as well as the Roman ruins. Next, continue to St. Nicolas Cathedral, which is now known as Lala Mustafa Mosque. Afterward, you will have some leisure time to explore the old city on your own. Then your guide will take you to Varosha, the ghost town abandoned since 1974. After the visit, transfer you back to the hotel in Nicosia.

Day 6 Explore Nicosia

After breakfast, you will be guided to visit the Paphos Gate in Nicosia's old town area. Then proceed to Buyuk Han, which was used as a prison. Here you will also find many handcraft shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Then visit the Selimiye Mosque transformed from St. Sophia Church and the adjacent Bedesten - Eski Ayanikola Kilisesi, which was once a Byzantine church and is now a culture center. After the visit, you will be escorted to the hotel in Nicosia.

Day 7 Drive to Larnaca & Airport See-off

After breakfast, your guide will escort you from Nicosia to Larnaca and see you off at Larnaca International Airport, for you to take the onward flight back home or to your next destination. There may be a full cancellation penalty on the products or services booked and purchased, which are non-utilized or cancelled after the cancellation deadline mentioned in the terms and conditions, while making the purchase.

Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims of losses, damages or compensation. In such an event, Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. shall refund to you all unutilized money collected from you for that purchase.

For bookings and purchases, which has already been paid by you, when cancelled, refunds will be made (based on the refund policy, mentioned in terms and conditions, while making the booking or at the time of purchase). For air ticket, it may take between 15 - 21 working days, for the hotels it may take between 15 - 21 working days for the amount to get credited into your account and for the holiday Package it may take between 30 - 45 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. Refund policies may vary for every product and service. Refund policies may vary for every product and service.

1. 45 days or more prior to the departure date or from the booking date, Initial Booking Amount, or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
2. Between 30 days: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable) an additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied).
3. Less than 21 days: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty
4. No show total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
5. The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation
Note:- Any Discount, Convenience Fee, Bank charge, online payment charge are non-refundable

Credit Card Chargeback Fees:
Any fees charged to Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd by our credit card payment provider arising from a chargeback or a disputed charge on the cardholder's credit card will be charged to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection
All the clients traveling on Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd tour must be in possession of a valid visa. The client shall ensure that the Visa Application Form (s) is duly filled and verified by the Client, to its satisfaction, before it is submitted to the Embassy. / Consulate. However, kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant/reject visas even after submitting all relevant documents and the company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy’s decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for VISA. The company will not be responsible for the non-issuance of visas due to receipt of incomplete/delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of the visa will further be delayed/rejected, and the client will not hold Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd liable for the same. The client should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy Upon rejection of visa, if the client wishes to reapply for the visa, he/she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he/she will not claim from Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd

Force Majeure
Acts of God (including exceptional adverse weather conditions), earthquake, fire, war (declared or undeclared), invasion, rebellion, revolt, riot, civil commotion, civil war, nuclear fission, epidemic strike, act(s) of omission/commission by any concerned government(s), or government agencies, judicial or quasijudicial authorities, the occurrence of any event can force the Company to change or extended. Hence any additional expenditure occurred due to the above reasons the same will be borne by the passengers.
