Hirghan-Tungu (4250 Mtr.This exotic and immensely rewarding trek encompasses the mountainous vistas of the divinely beautiful Kullu & Manali valley and beyond Pirpanjal valleys and traverses the high altitude passes of 'Chhoye Pande' means at the top solid heap of rocks of lateral moraine.
Flight to Delhi.Proceed to Manali in the late evening by AC Volvo coach. Dinner is enroute. Overnight bus journey to Manali.

Start with your first acclimatization trek in the early morning, to a meadow amidst the silver firs. The trek ascends through a forest comprising of blue pine, cedar, oak and fir. The acclimatization trek is to check one’s physical stamina and get used to the altitude and climate. The route is dotted with lush green landscapes and stunning Himalayan flora and fauna, that will keep you mesmerised throughout the journey. Return to the base camp for lunch.
We follow the principle of ‘Go Higher, Sleep Lower’ in mountaineering terms, which is the best way for acclimatizing to the Himalayan climate.
The day concludes with dinner and overnight stay at the Shuru base camp.

Post breakfast and warm up exercises, leave from the Shuru base camp and start your trek to Jagatsukh village via Dhuhagan Bridge, and over the Dhuhagan River to the other side of the valley. This trek starts with a gradual climb up to Jaau Dhar Forest Nursery and then eases out along the cedar trees right up to the Negi Dugh.
The trek from Dhuhagan Bridge to the Negi Dugh is through a dense cedar forest which opens at the high vantage point of Negi Dugh. The campsite is very scenic and one gets to experience some stunning Himalayan vistas here. In the evening, explore the camp and engage in fun group activities.

The day’s trail proceeds in a zigzag way through the dense forest of pines and silver firs. Once the zigzag trail ends, it is a steep ascent amidst silver fir trees. Some portions of the climb need to be tackled in a horizontal way till the steep ridge of Kurrdi. The tough climb starts again along the steep ridge for an hour after which it is a moderate walk along the slanted slope right up to the campsite at Kurrdi.
Kurrdi is a luminous point and one can have a panoramic view of Kullu, Chanderkhani Pass and Manali valley. Kurrdi is a shepherd's paradise and herds of sheep are seen here during the summer season. In the evening, explore the area around the campsite and end the day with the some energetic group games.

he trek starts with a steep section at the start, through a forest of silver fir, Bhujpattar, oak and chestnut. At the end of the steep section, trekkers have to negotiate moderate climbs through a forested ridge up to Moar Thach and Samalach Thach, which are green grazing pastures.
Dharanoo Dugh is located in a grassy meadow on the knoll of the Shirgan–Tungu, on the side of the Pirpanjal range. From the camp, there is an enchanting view of the Dhauladhar range, Chhota Bhangal, Kaliheyni Pass and its lofty mountain peaks. From the campsite, you can also have a full view of the Manali valley, and the distant snow-capped mountains of Beas Kund, Rohtang Pass massif and Khanaul & Chhika. In the evening, enjoy a series of adventure activities with your fellow campers.

The trail proceeds on the long, snowy, slanted ridge and slowly begins to ascend towards Shirgan-Tungu base (12,300 ft.). As you trek along the ridge, you can have a close view of the gigantic Shirgan –Tungu peak and the massive mountains surrounding it. A breathtaking view of the Rohtang Pass Mountains and the mountain peak of the Beas Kund massif can also be absorbed from here. The first magnificent glimpse of the Shirgan Tungu Peak comes in to view, after taking a further 15 - minute walk on the snowy ridge.
The Banaad / Jammu Dugh (8,200 ft.) trail descends in a zigzag manner, through Moar Thach (10,600 ft.), to Kurrdi. Beyond that, a little lower, is Kurrdi - a diversion to Jammu Dugh and Banaad. Jammu Dugh / Banaad is situated in the midst of the mountains, flanked by dense forests of fir trees and apple orchards. A hectic day trek is rewarded as we arrive at a lovely campsite.

The trek encompasses an hour’s steep descent initially and then continues in a zigzag way till the river basin, through the dense forests of blue pine, cedar, oak, and silver fir. From the river, the trek descends gently via a slanted traverse slope to a river bed. Rest for some time, and then walk on a constructed path to Sajla village.
Transfer to Shuru village by vehicle (30 mins. drive).

Wake-up call, followed by breakfast. Spend the morning at your leisure. Post lunch, head out for a shopping spree to the colourful markets on Manali Mall road. Late afternoon, leave for Delhi by AC Volvo coach. Overnight bus journey to Delhi.

Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection
All the clients traveling on Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd tour must be in possession of a valid visa. The client shall ensure that the Visa Application Form (s) is duly filled and verified by the Client, to its satisfaction, before it is submitted to the Embassy. / Consulate. However, kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant/reject visas even after submitting all relevant documents and the company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy’s decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for VISA. The company will not be responsible for the non-issuance of visas due to receipt of incomplete/delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of the visa will further be delayed/rejected, and the client will not hold Trip Sarathi Pvt. Ltd liable for the same. The client should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy Upon rejection of visa, if the client wishes to reapply for the visa, he/she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he/she will not claim from Trip Sarathi Pvt. Force Majeure
Acts of God (including exceptional adverse weather conditions), earthquake, fire, war (declared or undeclared), invasion, rebellion, revolt, riot, civil commotion, civil war, nuclear fission, epidemic strike, act(s) of omission/commission by any concerned government(s), or government agencies, judicial or quasijudicial authorities, the occurrence of any event can force the Company to change or extended. Hence any additional expenditure occurred due to the above reasons the same will be borne by the passengers.
